Ray Sutton komt uit de Reconstructionist church in Tyler, Texas met oa.  Gary North, David Chilton en James Jordan.

That church, however, went from Presbyterian to Reformed Episcopal. Pastor Ray Sutton is now Bishop Ray Sutton, Rector at the Church of the Holy Communion, Dallas, Texas and Suffragan Bishop of the Diocese of Mid-America.

Ray Sutton is de schrijver van het theologisch vernieuwende boek"That He may prosper", waarin hij het 5-voudige model van het Verbond aantoont.

Het is vooral Gary North die dit model veelvoudig gebruikt in zijn economisch commentaar of the Bijbel en David Chilton voor zijn commentaar op Openbaring, Days of Vengeance.
